How to buy from Barony Crafts
Each product has an 
Button, click the button to add the item to your basket. You will be taken to your basket each time you click a button.
If you require more than one amend the amount on the basket page. Please press the Update Cart button to show the revised amount, subtotal, delivery charge and total cost after making changes.
To continue shopping press the Continue Shopping button.
You can add as may items as you like and make any amendments required by repeating the above steps before following the instructions to confirm and pay for your order.
You can view the items in your basket at any time by clicking on the View Basket button at the top of each page in any of the product catagories.
To confirm and complete your order.
Go to the shopping cart and confirm your order is correct.
Press the Proceed to Checkout Button
You will be asked to fill in your details before confirming your order.
Payments are made securely using Paypal, either with your Paypal account or Credit/Debit Card.
Our Buying process is available in English.
Making a Contract with Us
When you place an order with us you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order.
Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods we will email you again to confirm that we accept your order and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment until we have accepted your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order and there will be no contract between us.
Delivery and Postage
All items will be posted using Royal Mail to UK addresses only.
Postage Costs are calculated using the value of your order as follows.
Less than £20 £4.85
Between £20 and £44.99 £5.95
Between £45 and £59.99 £6.68
Between £60 and £119.99 £9.24
Over £120 £10.35
Less than £7 £2.00
Less than £21 £3.00
Between £21 and £59.99 £5.00
Between £60 and £119.99 £7.50
Over £120 £12.50
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working day of your order. Delivery should take 2 days. We will let you know if we cannot deliver within 7 working days.
Please let us know if you have not received your goods within 7 working days or if they have been damaged in transit.
If your order is urgent please Contact Us prior to ordering.
Cancellation and Returns
You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the date of delivery. To do this please email or write to us using our Contact Us page.
You do not need to give any reason for cancellation, however a brief expalnation will help us improve our service in the future.
If you cancel your order you must return the goods to us at your own expence and ensure that the goods are packaged so as to prevent against damage.
We will refund all moneys paid for goods and outward postage charges within 30 days of cancellation of your order.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, e.g. if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Faulty Goods
If your goods are found to be faulty or damaged on delivery please Contact Us and return them to us for a full refund. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
