Hang your bath tea from your bath tap and let the warm water flow over the bag to infuse your bathwater with the benifical ingredients. For a more intense infusion 'dunk the bag' and squeeze out the water, repeat as required.
Ideally this is a one use product, however, after you've infused your bathwater why not use the bag as a gentle exfoliating pad, the oatmeal will leave your skin super soft and silky smooth.
